A Texas wedding photography pose that led to the arrest of a wedding photographer was posed by an unlicensed, unskilled worker, according to court documents.
A court document obtained by Fox News shows that the incident happened at a Texas wedding in May of 2018.
The document shows that a Texas photographer took a selfie with a client and a bride at the wedding.
The photographer then took a step forward, took a photo and posed with the bride, then posed with a different client and the bride.
The document says the photographer had been posing for a while.
The photographer, Michael W. Wedding Photography, is charged with felony assault and a misdemeanor count of obstructing official business.
He was arraigned Thursday in Travis County, where he was held without bond.
A spokeswoman for Travis County District Attorney’s Office said the office was reviewing the arrest.
