Here’s what you need to know before submitting your photos to the 2019 WDW Wedding Photographer Contest.

What is the WDW Photographer Contest?
The 2019 WDTW Photographer Contest is a competition to submit your own images for consideration for consideration to be included in the 2019 World of Disney photography exhibit.
To enter the 2019 contest, upload your photo to WDTWC.com using the image submission form at the bottom of this article.
To be considered for consideration, you must submit at least 3 images (3 images must be at least 1.5 seconds long and 1 image must be more than 1 second long) that are of sufficient resolution to include the full, unmodified Disney® property at Disney World Resort in the theme park.
All images must have been captured with a digital camera.
The submission period runs from April 11 through May 1, 2019.
The winning entries will be selected by an independent panel of judges and announced in June 2019.
You will receive a prize package in the form of a Disney World® Hotel Package and a Disney Disney® Resort Package.
If you win, you will receive $1,000 cash and an award of $2,500 for the 2019 Walt Disney World Photography Exhibition at Walt Disney Theme Parks.
If not, you’ll receive a $500 cash and one of two Disneyland Resort Package packages.
In addition, you may receive a complimentary Disney World ® Hotel Package, Disney Disney Parks® Hotel and Disney Vacation Club Membership, or a free two-night, Disney® Rewards membership to the Walt Disney Resort® in 2019.

Who can participate?
The 2018 contest included over 200 submissions.
If your submission was accepted, it is now eligible to enter.
All submissions must be submitted by April 10, 2019 to be eligible for consideration.
You may submit as many images as you want, as long as you meet the criteria below.
Your submission must include your name, city, and state, along with your full-length photograph.
If the image does not have your name on it, it cannot be used in the contest.
If a photo is taken on your own property, you cannot use it.
You must include at least one full-resolution photograph of the theme, the theme parks, and/or Walt DisneyWorld Resort.
You cannot use your image for a Disney Parks ® or Disney Vacations ® reservation.
Your entry must be in JPEG or PNG format.
Your image must contain a high-resolution image of your theme park, theme park property, or Walt Disney Worlds Resort property.
The images must include: the date of the photograph, a description of your work, a brief description of what you photographed, and a brief video of the photo.
If an image has multiple parts, the first part must include the name of each part, along in a way that it appears on the left side of the image.

What are the criteria for winning?
The most popular image in each category is selected for consideration in the WDTWP Photographer Contest by a panel of three judges.
The judges then rank all submissions based on a number of criteria including the following: Quality: The photo must be of exceptional quality, and must be original, original in composition, original and not previously used.
For example, if a photo was used in a photo contest, it would be eligible to be entered into the contest if the photo was of a different image and the photo is no longer in use.
Inclusion: The submission must be a photograph of your own home, including your home’s lawn, garden, or any area in which you or your family are a part of.
The home must be on the theme of the contest, or on the same property as your theme, and the home must have at least two of your guests in attendance.
The guest must also be at the location of the entry.
In other words, a photo of your family at your home or any other location you have the ability to be there, including any vacation spot you have access to, would be considered to be in attendance at your theme.
Time: The submitted image must have taken place on or after May 1st, 2019, which means that it must be uploaded to the W DTWP Photo Contest page by May 1.
The image must also show the date and time that you submitted it.
Location: The uploaded image must include both the theme and the Disney Parks area of the property where the photo taken, including all of the water, trees, and other structures.
Location must include a location in the park, or anywhere on your property, including an exterior wall, balcony, or patio, in addition to the water and any other structures that might be visible.
Color: The image has to have been taken in color.
The best-known color for a photograph is black, but other colors are also allowed.
If there are other colors, they must be included as well.
